Ordering

Each piece of Petits Etoiles jewelry is made to order.

Production time is typically 2-4 days, although this may be shorter, depending on the complexity of the design. If you have any questions about the production time of a specific piece, don’t hesitate to reach out via the Contact Form.

Shipping

Flat rate shipping for all pieces is $12.50

All shipping is done through USPS via certified ground and arrives within 5-7 days. Shipping costs include insuring your piece arrives!

You can expect to receive your piece of jewelry 7-10 days from date of order. If you would like your order sooner, please use the Contact Form to send the date of desired delivery.

If you receive your piece and it has been damaged, please use the Contact Form to immediately get in touch. A pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you so that you may send your piece back to Petits Etoiles for repair.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 45 days of your order as long as they are returned without any damage and with the enclosed copy of your receipt. Please securely package your jewelry for return. When you are ready to return, please use the Contact Form to request a pre-paid shipping label.

Repairs and Re-do’s

Need a longer chain? Want to replace a gold-filled chain with 14 kt gold? Need a repair? Repairs are free of charge and are available no matter when your purchase was made. Use the Contact Form to send information about the repair needed. You are responsible for insuring and shipping your jewelry back to Petits Etoiles for repairs. Returning your repair is free of charge

If you would like to add more length to your piece, please use the Contact Form to send information on how much length you would like to add to your piece. Costs for re-do’s vary, depending on the chain material or, if needed, to add additional gemstones. Once received, you will be contacted regarding additional costs associated with a re-do.

If you would like to upgrade a gold-filled chain to a 14 kt gold chain, you will be contacted regarding the price for upgrading to a 14 kt gold chain.
